Cancel any time before your Chef ships and we refund you in full — no reason needed, no fee. Email support@newrcompany.com and the refund goes back to your card within 7 business days. Once your Chef has shipped, you have 30 days from delivery to return it in original condition for a full refund of the purchase price; return shipping is yours. If we can't ship by November 30, 2026, we'll email you before then and you can either agree to the new date or take a full refund.
